- Administration of insolvencies and restructuring engagements of insurance and reinsurance companies
- Design and implementation of Schemes of Arrangement
- Acting as independent expert or advisor in relation to Part VII transfers
- Releasing capital and effective cash management for insurance operations
- Undertaking strategic reviews of run-off portfolios
- Development of recommendations on exit strategies for underwriting pools
- Assistance to companies in respect of commutations and reinsurance collections
- Providing recommendations for outsourcing options
- Actuarial reserving and run-off modelling for insurance companies and banks with reinsurance asset and liability management issues
