and respected dating as far back
as the early 1800s. Its role is so ingrained
in the industry that the existence
of an arbitration clause is rarely
an issue. Its presence is almost a
foregone conclusion, and for good
reason. New York’s highest court
(Court of Appeals) has noted that
reinsurance law is “a field in which
differences have often been settled by

7th June at The Broker Wine Bar, Leadenhall Market. Dr Andrew Forrester, the UK Ambassador for The Balvenie Distillery will present a sample of their whiskies. A small exclusive event so book early to avoid disappointment.
