AirSP - Association Of Insurance & Reinsurance Service Providers

To enhance the effectiveness of the Association Board Members have been assigned specific areas of responsibility. These are as follows:

The following terms of reference define the purpose of each role.

To promote AirSP and attract new members

Target in 2012 is to increase membership to a minimum of 75 companies which will encompass a full range of service providers from the Sole Trader to Major Service Providers. All prospective membership applications will be subject to a formal approval process. We will also re-approach former members of the Association to explain the benefits of rejoining. If you know of any potential new members then please get in touch with Julian Porter or Deborah Harbison.

Events

To co ordinate, develop and promote all AirSP events with a view to growing membership, publicising the association and creating work opportunities whist ensuring most cost effective use of Association funds. If there are new events you would like to see AirSP hosting then please contact Steve Goate or Deborah Harbison.

Media etc

To coordinate and develop all media activity with a view to promoting the association in the most cost efficient but most visible manner.

CHARITY QUIZ NIGHT -

21st May at The Crosse Keys, Gracechurch Street from 5.30 p.m.


LUNCHTIME TALK -

8th May at the IUA. Speakers are Stephen Watters of International Adjusting Services and Kerry Gillard of Universal Risks - "The tiger who took the tunnel to get into the honey trap at the bank.......all will be explained".


MALT WHISKY TASTING -

7th June at The Broker Wine Bar, Leadenhall Market. Dr Andrew Forrester, the UK Ambassador for The Balvenie Distillery will present a sample of their whiskies. A small exclusive event so book early to avoid disappointment.


MONTE CARLO DINNER -

10th September. Always a great event and a regular in the AirSP calender. Further details due shortly


LILLE WINE TASTING -

16th/17th November. Another firm favourite. Further details due shortly.


ISL NETWORKING GROUP -

on the first Tuesday of each month in the Broker Wine Bar from 12.30 onwards.
